A large and fast-growing e-commerce company is seeking a highly experienced TikTok Shop Sales Manager to lead and scale its TikTok Shop channel. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer with deep hands-on experience in TikTok commerce, paid media, and affiliate ecosystems.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end TikTok Shop performance, from sales strategy and campaign execution to affiliate growth and performance reporting. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop sales strategy to drive revenue growth
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns within TikTok, including budgeting, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
• Oversee and grow the TikTok affiliate program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management
• Collaborate with creators and internal teams to launch high-performing content and promotions
• Analyze campaign performance and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for leadership
• Stay up to date on TikTok Shop features, trends, policies, and best practices
• Coordinate with e-commerce, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop for e-commerce brands
• Strong background in TikTok PPC and paid media strategy
• Proven experience building and managing affiliate/creator programs
• Highly analytical with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation: $120,000K-$140,000K/year
