This position is primarily focused on project management, organization, and execution rather than marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on keeping projects organized, managing deadlines, following up with team members, and ensuring every task is completed accurately and on time.

This individual will be responsible for juggling numerous smaller projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring that no important details or deadlines are overlooked.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple small marketing-related projects simultaneously.
• Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and deadlines.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Follow up consistently with team members to keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate communication between departments and project stakeholders.
• Organize project details, documentation, and deliverables.
• Identify potential delays and proactively resolve issues.
• Prioritize competing tasks and manage shifting deadlines.
• Maintain clear visibility into the status of all active projects.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Improve project tracking systems and organizational workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience required.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and highly dependable.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple team members and departments.
• Experience using project management or task-tracking software is a plus.
• Previous project management or coordination experience strongly preferred.
