We are a reputable supplier of janitorial products serving nursing homes, schools, and businesses in Boro Park. Our company is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Admin to join our in-house team. This role focuses on managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Enter and invoice orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain organized records and support smooth order processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.



Qualifications:

  • Reliable and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar computer systems (training provided).
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



Salary: $35/hour
