We are looking for a reliable, organized, and service-oriented Office Admin to join our growing team in an all female office. The ideal candidate will manage order processing, invoicing, and customer service tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured environment, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable with administrative systems. Prior experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service via phone and email
  • Enter and invoice orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, respectful manner
  • Maintain organized records and assist with administrative duties
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar systems (training provided)
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Type: Full-time, in-office

Salary: $30–$35/hour
