A growing ABA company is seeking a State Director to join its leadership team as a key partner and help drive expansion. This is a high level role focused on overseeing operations across multiple locations, building structure, and supporting continued growth.

The ideal candidate has hands on ABA experience and has already operated at a State Director or equivalent level, managing teams and multi site operations. This role requires someone who can make strategic decisions, implement scalable systems, and work closely with ownership to drive performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across multiple locations

• Lead and manage teams and department heads

• Build and implement scalable systems and processes

• Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and execution

• Ensure efficiency, organization, and quality across operations

• Drive performance and accountability across the organization

Qualifications:

• Experience working in ABA required

• 1–2+ years in a State Director or equivalent senior leadership role

• Experience managing multi site operations

• Strong leadership and decision making ability

• Proven ability to build systems and scale operations

• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a partner level role

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 + Equity (10–15%)
