A growing ABA company is seeking a Director of Operations to join its leadership team and help drive continued growth. This is a high impact role working closely with ownership to oversee daily operations, support team management, and build the structure needed to scale effectively.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience in ABA operations and is comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast paced environment. This role requires someone who can implement systems, improve processes, and lead teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the organization

• Manage and support internal teams and staff

• Build and improve operational systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Experience working in ABA required

• Strong operations and leadership experience

• Proven ability to manage teams and build systems
