The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $40 and requires a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. Experience with real estate financials and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and accounting tasks for the firm.
• Manage and oversee financial statements and reports.
• Analyze and interpret financial data related to investments and real estate.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation.
• Use Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
