The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks in a remote setting. This role requires someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working with systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day administrative tasks

• Maintain organized records and documentation

• Work with computer systems and internal tools

• Assist with various operational and administrative needs

• Ensure accuracy and follow through on assigned tasks


Qualifications:

• Strong computer and technical skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Responsible and dependable

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt

• Prior administrative experience preferred


Location: Remote (Preference for Brooklyn area)

Type: Full time (some flexibility)

Salary: $60,000/year
