We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Jerusalem/Beit Shemesh. This position offers a monthly salary of ₪20-23k and provides flexible work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of US tax field experience and 3+ years of leadership expertise, enabling them to guide and inspire our talented teams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple teams, working closely with Team Leaders to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient resource management.
• Champion the professional development of team members, providing guidance and mentorship in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
• Confidently handle clients of all complexity levels, offering expert advice and support to team members as they navigate complex cases.
• Play a key role in strategic decision-making and planning, partnering with senior management to shape the future of our department.
• Boost your department’s productivity and performance, monitoring progress and implementing measures to achieve team goals and targets.
• Build and nurture high-level client relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues while working to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Collaborate with other Managers and organizational leaders to promote a cohesive, efficient, and goal-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in the US tax field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Expertise in handling complex client cases.
• Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational skills.
