Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care. This role involves assisting customers with orders, answering product inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
  • Support customers with order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred (medical supply industry a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service software.
  • Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.

Type: Full-time

Salary: $25–$35/hour
