Our mental health/behavioral health organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Biller to manage our billing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, managing accounts receivable, and coordinating with insurance companies to maximize reimbursements. This role is critical to our financial health and patient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
• Review and verify patient billing information.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities.
• Stay updated with changes in billing regulations and practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Biller in the mental health/behavioral health industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Five Towns

Salary: $150K-$300K
