The State Director will oversee operations and management within the organization, ensuring smooth day to day functionality and strong team performance. This role requires a leader who can manage staff, support growth, and maintain high standards across the company.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. Experience in ABA is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity to join a well established company with strong earning potential and room for growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and team management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of management experience required

• ABA experience preferred but not required

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage and motivate teams

Salary: $75,000–$125,000/year
