The Inventory & Logistics Manager will take full ownership of inventory planning, Amazon FBA logistics, and day to day operational flow, ensuring everything runs efficiently as the company continues to scale. This is a hands on role managing high volume operations, including hundreds of containers annually and a large catalog of SKUs sourced from multiple factories.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with many moving parts. This role also includes managing and overseeing overseas employees, requiring strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills across international teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory planning and Amazon FBA logistics across all products
• Manage high volume logistics operations including 600+ containers annually
• Handle a catalog of 1,000+ SKUs across multiple suppliers
• Manage and oversee overseas employees and international workflows
• Coordinate with operations, finance, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth day to day execution across logistics and inventory operations
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and operational consistency
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Amazon FBA experience required
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations required
• Experience managing large scale logistics operations required
• Experience managing overseas employees or international teams preferred
• Experience handling large SKU counts and shipment volumes preferred
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
