Join a rapidly scaling Amazon brand where operations are at the core of the business. The Inventory & Logistics Manager will take full ownership of inventory planning, FBA logistics, and day to day operational flow, ensuring everything runs efficiently as the company continues to grow.

This is a hands on role managing high volume operations, including hundreds of containers annually and a large catalog of SKUs sourced from multiple factories. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to improve processes and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory planning and Amazon FBA logistics across all products

• Manage high volume operations including 600+ containers annually

• Handle a catalog of 1,000+ SKUs across multiple suppliers

• Manage and optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency

• Coordinate with operations, finance, and internal teams

• Ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth day to day execution

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking

• Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations required

• 2+ years of Amazon FBA experience required

• Experience managing high SKU counts and large shipment volumes preferred

• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills

• Highly detail oriented and organized

• Proactive with strong problem solving ability

• Clear communicator comfortable in a fast paced environment
