We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to drive growth within the nursing home and long-term care market. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with proven experience and established contacts in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other long-term care environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding partnerships with long-term care facilities. This is a high-impact role offering significant earning potential for a motivated and well-connected sales professional.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on nursing homes and long-term care facilities
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with facility leadership
  • Identify client needs and position solutions that align with their operational goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the nursing home, skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care industry
  • Existing network and contacts within long-term care facilities strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a full sales cycle
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 annually
  • Commission: Performance-based commission structure designed to bring total annual earnings to approximately $200,000 for strong performers
