This role involves guiding individuals and businesses of all sizes through their insurance choices, utilizing the latest technology-based tools and healthcare laws. Our team ensures clients stay up-to-date with comprehensive plans tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting cost-effective health insurance options.
• Provide guidance on healthcare, employee benefits, life insurance, and finance.
• Utilize technology-based tools to offer up-to-date information on insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
