Our Lakewood-based organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fundraiser/Project Manager to help secure financial support and drive the growth of our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent project management capabilities. This is a top-level position with tremendous potential for strong growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and Grantmakers.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
• Prepare grant proposals and reports to secure funding from foundations and other sources.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials.
• Monitor and report on the progress of fundraising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversee and manage various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising and project management.

• Proven experience in fundraising, with a successful track record of securing significant donations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Salary: $100K+ and commission BOE
