The Executive Assistant will support day to day personal and business operations, handling a mix of administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and property related responsibilities. This role requires someone who can manage finances, coordinate insurance matters, track expenses, and stay on top of property related items such as violations and general oversight.

The ideal candidate has experience in both bookkeeping and property management, and is comfortable handling sensitive and varied responsibilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal and administrative tasks

• Handle insurance related matters and documentation

• Pay bills and track expenses

• Maintain bookkeeping for personal and property related finances

• Oversee property management tasks including tracking violations

• Assist with general administrative and operational needs

• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow up


Qualifications:

• Strong bookkeeping experience required

• Prior administrative experience required

• Experience in property management preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail and discretion

• Ability to manage both personal and business responsibilities
