A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, preventing breakdowns, and minimizing production interruptions.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience working directly with manufacturing equipment, can diagnose mechanical and equipment issues efficiently, and takes a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
- Respond promptly to machinery issues that interrupt production.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before failures occur.
- Maintain machinery in safe and reliable operating condition.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on industrial machinery maintenance experience required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment essential.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and focused on minimizing production downtime.
- Availability for night shift preferred; day shift candidates will also be considered.

💰 Salary: $100,000–$125,000/year
Shift Options:
- Night Shift (Preferred): 5 PM–3 AM, four nights per week.
