We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to oversee the daily operations and ensure seamless execution of our construction services company’s vision. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will translate business strategies into actionable goals, drive operational efficiency, and foster collaboration across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to integrate people, processes, and resources to achieve business growth and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including project management, scheduling, procurement, and financial controls.
- Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability across teams.
Strategic Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO to implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Translate high-level business strategies into actionable operational plans.
- Identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and manage risks to drive profitability.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor department managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment across all departments, including construction management, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Address bottlenecks or conflicts, enabling teams to work effectively toward shared objectives.
Client and Vendor Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Financial Oversight:
- Work with the finance team to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects meet financial goals.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to inform decision-making and drive profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a COO, Integrator, or senior operational leader in the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and other operational tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Salary: $250,000–$300,000
