The Associate Counsel will support the General Counsel in executing the company’s legal strategy, focusing on transactional and commercial legal matters that support day to day operations. This is a hands on role with strong ownership, working closely with internal teams to provide clear, business focused legal guidance.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, business minded, and able to balance legal risk with operational needs. This role offers exposure across multiple departments and the opportunity to work within a fast paced, growth oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, SaaS, services, leases, etc.)

• Provide practical legal guidance on contracts, risk, and business operations

• Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance efforts

• Identify legal risks and recommend solutions

• Manage and track contract workflows and documentation

• Partner with internal teams including Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance

• Support internal investigations and compliance initiatives

• Coordinate with outside counsel when needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission required

• 2–6 years of experience in transactional or commercial law

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Business oriented mindset with strong judgment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
