We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards within our homecare organization. This role offers a competitive salary and the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements in Monsey, NY.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and investigations as needed.
  • Provide training on compliance-related topics to staff.
  • Collaborate with management to address compliance issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the homecare industry.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.



Location: Monsey, NY (hybrid)



Salary: $120k-$180k
