As the Sales Leader, you’ll drive growth, manage performance, and personally close key accounts. You’ll set ambitious goals, coach your team to success, and lead by example—building strong relationships with mid-market clients and C-level decision-makers. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on selling, ideal for someone who’s confident, analytical, and passionate about results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain full ownership of personal and team sales pipelines.
- Sell B2B service solutions to mid-market organizations and executive leaders.
- Participate in key deals to help move and close opportunities.
- Oversee CRM management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Support, Marketing, and Implementation to ensure client success.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as the team expands.
- Drive accountability and foster a culture of motivation, growth, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in professional or outsourced service industries.
- Experience leading or developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Organized, process-driven, and comfortable with CRM systems.
- Analytical and data-focused with the ability to coach through metrics.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000/year
- Commission: 20% on personal sales (first term) and 5% on team sales
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $190,000–$220,000+
