A startup mental health program located in Williamsburg, NY, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director to lead their Peer Support Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health or Medicaid-based services and possess excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include creating and implementing systems, task delegation, overseeing supervisory staff in multiple locations, and ensuring compliance with all NYS regulations. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Peer Support Program from its inception.
• Create and implement effective systems and processes for the program.
• Oversee and manage supervisory staff across multiple locations.
• Ensure the program's compliance with all New York State regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure the program's success and growth.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
