A well-established company in the security systems and monitoring industry, specializing in alarm systems, surveillance, and access control services, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join its team. This role is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping operations and ensuring accurate, timely financial records.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in bookkeeping, with the ability to manage routine accounting functions independently while supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily bookkeeping activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer billing
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Track expenses, revenue, and cash flow
- Ensure accuracy and organization of financial documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
