ID-Tech Solutions, an award-winning IT and Low Voltage service provider, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. As a trusted Managed Service Provider (MSP) for over 20 years, we are dedicated to delivering reliable technology solutions and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for one of our largest clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to align services with client goals and SLAs
• Develop account strategies and recommend service improvements
• Oversee the client lifecycle from onboarding to upgrades and enhancements
• Represent ID-Tech Solutions professionally in all client interactions

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a technology-related or client-facing role
• MSP experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IT solutions (Microsoft 365, networking, servers)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Full time

Salary: $80k-120K + Commission Structure
