Technical Account Manager

A well established IT Company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a major client. This role focuses on building strong relationships, aligning services with client needs, and ensuring high quality service delivery.

The Technical Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to coordinate services, support client goals, and oversee the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing improvements and upgrades. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage client expectations while identifying opportunities for service enhancements.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in technology and client management who is looking to grow within a fast paced and service driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for a key client account

• Build and maintain long term client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client goals and SLAs

• Develop account strategies and recommend service improvements

• Oversee client lifecycle including onboarding and upgrades

• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions


Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a technology or client facing role

• MSP experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with IT solutions such as Microsoft 365, networking, and servers

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions focused


Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Full time

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 + Commission
