The Client Success Account Manager will own and manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships, high satisfaction, and long term retention. This role focuses on growing current accounts by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities while maintaining excellent day to day communication.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing relationship management with business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, while also driving revenue through account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Maintain strong relationships through regular check ins and communication
• Monitor account health, satisfaction, and engagement
• Identify and drive upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Manage client issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
• Conduct business reviews and track account performance
• Ensure clients are fully onboarded and receiving value from services
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in account management or client success required
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing clients
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with CRM tools preferred
