A well-established homecare organization in Brooklyn, NY is hiring a Payroll / Financial Specialist to oversee payroll functions and provide financial support across the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll compliance, and experience within the homecare or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll accurately and on schedule
• Managing payroll for homecare staff, including aides and clinical personnel
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Handling payroll adjustments, audits, and reporting
• Supporting financial reporting and general accounting functions
• Collaborating with HR and management on payroll-related matters

Qualifications:

• Proven payroll and financial experience, preferably in homecare or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with payroll and accounting software
