An established property management company is looking to hire an experienced Asset Manager. This role requires extensive travel several days a week to oversee and manage teams both in the field and office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of property management and be proficient in Yardi software. The salary is highly competitive, starting at $100K+, and will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage property management teams both on-site and in the office.
• Travel several days per week to various properties.
• Ensure the proper implementation of property management policies and procedures.
• Utilize Yardi software for property management and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management is required.
