A full time TorahMates Coordinator is needed for a nonprofit organization in Lakewood. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and a passion for community impact. The TorahMates Coordinator will play a central role in coordinating and supporting learning partnerships, ensuring participants remain engaged and connected. This position focuses on matching individuals based on personality, schedules, and learning interests, while providing consistent follow up to ensure each partnership is successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate learning partnerships based on compatibility and goals

• Communicate regularly with participants to ensure partnerships are running smoothly

• Follow up consistently to maintain engagement and participation

• Get to know participants to create thoughtful and effective matches

• Track schedules, preferences, and program involvement

• Support participation in additional organizational programs

• Maintain accurate records and communication

Qualifications:

• Prior office or coordination experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Computer proficiency required

• Friendly, approachable, and nonjudgmental personality

• Passion for community building and helping others grow

• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities
