Job Summary:

The Coordinator Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of various projects and activities within the organization. This role involves managing a team of coordinators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments, and streamlining processes to achieve organizational goals. The Coordinator Manager plays a key role in optimizing workflow, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring successful execution of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Assign and oversee project tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects and programs within the organization.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project coordination and status updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support for successful project execution.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and address any project-related issues or obstacles, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in project coordination or management, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
