A full time Software and Systems Manager is needed for a growing organization. Must have advanced, hands on expertise with Monday.com, including building workflows, automations, and dashboards, along with strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

This role requires full ownership of internal systems and workflow architecture, ensuring operational alignment, automation, and leadership visibility. The ideal candidate is highly tech savvy, analytical, and experienced in optimizing processes, building scalable systems, and driving measurable efficiency improvements.

This is a hands on, in office position for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Monday.com workflows, automations, and dashboards

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and tracking systems

• Lead system implementation and optimization initiatives from concept through execution

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

• Support teams with system troubleshooting and technical guidance

• Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency

• Implement new tools and systems as needed

Qualifications:

• Advanced, hands on expertise with Monday.com required

• Advanced Excel skills required, including reporting and data analysis

• Highly tech savvy with strong systems thinking

• Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable, structured processes

• Analytical and detail oriented

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Strong problem solving skills
