A growing software company is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer who can own the entire technology stack and take web applications from database architecture through front end delivery.

This is a senior, hands on development position requiring deep experience across front end development, back end systems, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment. The ideal candidate can independently design, build, troubleshoot, and ship sophisticated production applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications

• Build front end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jinja templating

• Develop back end applications using Python and Flask

• Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases

• Work extensively with SQL, SQLAlchemy, schema design, and database migrations

• Build and maintain REST APIs, JSON based services, webhooks, and third party integrations

• Develop scalable and maintainable application architecture

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues throughout the application stack

• Use Git for source control and collaborative development

• Build and manage Docker based environments

• Deploy applications to cloud environments

• Work with CI/CD pipelines to efficiently build, test, and deploy applications

• Take ownership of projects from technical planning through production deployment

• Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, performance, and scalability

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience required

• Strong professional experience in both front end and back end development required

• Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL experience required

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jinja templating skills required

• Strong SQL and SQLAlchemy experience required

• Experience with database schema design and migrations required

• Experience building REST APIs and working with JSON, webhooks, and integrations required

• Strong Git and Docker experience required

• Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD required

• Proven experience independently building and shipping production web applications

• Excellent debugging and technical problem solving skills

• Ability to take ownership of complex development projects from beginning to end

• Entry level and junior developers will not be considered
