We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Program Operations & Development to lead our Behavioral Health Services department. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing operations, enhancing service delivery, and expanding mental health programming. The Director will play a key role in strategic planning, quality assurance, and team leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering innovation in care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed LCSW with a background in mental health program management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for making a lasting community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Program Development: Expand existing services and introduce new behavioral health offerings.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set goals, measure outcomes, and scale services.
• Staff Supervision: Support and guide a multidisciplinary team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze trends, generate reports, and use data to inform program strategy.

Qualifications:

• LCSW required
• Experience working in a mental health clinical setting or office
• Proven success in program development and team leadership
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and QA processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
