A full time In-House Sales and Warehouse Manager is needed in Monsey. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with 2–3 days from 7 AM–5 PM and the remaining days 9 AM–5 PM. This is an entry level leadership role ideal for someone organized, hands on, and eager to grow, with responsibilities across warehouse oversight and showroom support. Commission offered on any new sales brought in.

Long Description:

The In-House Sales and Warehouse Manager will play a dual role supporting both warehouse operations and showroom sales. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within a company while gaining experience in operations, team oversight, and sales.

You will oversee the warehouse staff member, help maintain organization and workflow, and assist in the showroom as needed. The role also offers the opportunity to generate additional income through commission on any new business you bring in.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable balancing hands on operational work with customer interaction in a showroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support daily warehouse operations

• Manage and coordinate with warehouse staff

• Assist in showroom sales and customer interactions

• Maintain organization and efficiency in inventory and workflow

• Support order handling and basic operational processes

• Identify and bring in new sales opportunities (commission based)

• Coordinate between warehouse and showroom needs

Qualifications:

• Some prior work experience required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working both in warehouse and showroom environments

• Good communication and customer service skills

Salary: $60,000–$70,000/year + 5% commission on self-generated sales
