We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Director to drive the company’s e-commerce growth strategy. This role requires expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, private label, and supplier relations—especially with China-based vendors. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing large-scale online sales and scaling e-commerce operations.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic e-commerce growth plan.
  • Lead and manage sales on Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, and Wayfair.
  • Oversee supplier relations, with a focus on China-based vendors.
  • Analyze and optimize online sales performance to increase revenue.
  • Implement pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies to maximize sales.
  • Manage a team of e-commerce specialists and sales professionals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competition, and marketplace policies.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and scaling e-commerce sales.
  • Expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, and Wayfair.
  • Strong knowledge of private label strategies and supplier negotiations.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.
  • Experience working with overseas suppliers, especially in China.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.



Salary: $200K–$250K + Commissions
