The Billing Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the billing department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all billing activities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can lead a team, maintain performance standards, and identify process improvements. Candidates should have a solid foundation in medical billing and at least 1–2 years of experience, with ABA billing experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the billing team to ensure timely and accurate claim submission.
- Review billing reports, resolve discrepancies, and manage claim denials.
- Oversee ABA billing processes and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
- Train and mentor billing staff to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with management to implement billing policies and improve efficiency.
- Monitor key billing metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and clients to resolve billing issues.
Qualifications:
- 
1–2 years of medical billing experience (ABA billing experience required).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a billing department.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing procedures and payer regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- In-office preferred, remote option available for the right candidate.
