The AR/AP Specialist will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and vendor payments while maintaining accurate and organized financial records. This role also includes front facing responsibilities such as answering phones, assisting customers with account inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing accounting responsibilities with customer service. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Process accounts payable and vendor payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Answer phones and assist customers with account inquiries
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Ensure timely follow up on payments and discrepancies
Qualifications:
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling both financial and customer facing tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
