Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and patient individual to fill the role of Customer Service Manager in our insurance company located in Williamsburg. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and requires previous experience in a similar role.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team.
  • Oversee customer interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service procedures.



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience and tolerance in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.



Location: Williamsburg



Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
