Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional support to customers

• Assist with order processing and track order status

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns

• Help maintain an organized and efficient customer service process



Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or office experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
