We’re looking for a skilled Excel Specialist to support our operations team by organizing and analyzing large sets of data, generating reports, and identifying actionable insights. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, especially in using formulas, pivot tables, and advanced data functions.

Previous inventory or e-commerce data experience is a plus. This position is part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, and requires in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain Excel reports for inventory and sales
• Analyze trends and inconsistencies in data
• Collaborate with the operations and inventory teams
• Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate data sets

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Previous experience in inventory management or e-commerce preferred
• Must be available to work on-site in Lakewood
• Part-time availability: 4 hours/day, Mon–Thurs

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours daily (Mon–Thurs), On-site

Compensation: $50–$60 per hour
