A prominent mortgage firm in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated CEO Assistant to support their executive team. This role, located in a female office environment, offers a competitive salary of $60k-80k. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks, thrive in multitasking situations, and demonstrate effective leadership qualities.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
  • Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and executing company events and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.

Salary: $60,000-$80,000
