The Office Coordinator will support energy grant and construction related projects through documentation management, project coordination, client communication, and administrative oversight. This role requires someone who is comfortable handling detailed paperwork, reviewing documentation for accuracy, tracking multiple deadlines, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

The ideal candidate has experience in a highly regulated, documentation heavy environment such as mortgage underwriting, tax preparation, or insurance compliance. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously are essential.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment while supporting a variety of project related and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update technical drawings, floor plans, and renderings

• Review architectural plans and construction related documents

• Coordinate project documentation and maintain organized records

• Assist with permit applications, filings, and project paperwork

• Communicate with clients regarding project status and documentation needs

• Track deadlines, approvals, and project milestones

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and agencies as needed

• Support daily office operations and administrative functions


Qualifications:

• Experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, Tax Preparation Professional, or Insurance Compliance Specialist required

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Experience managing deadlines, paperwork, and compliance related processes

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and follow up skills

• AutoCAD experience a plus but not required

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Location: Boro Park, Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $65,000–$85,000/year
