The Life Insurance Agent Assistant will support agents and management in handling applications, client communications, and policy administration. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of life insurance processes. The position offers a stable, full-time opportunity within a warm and professional team setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist agents with new applications, renewals, and client follow-ups.
  • Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to manage ongoing cases.
  • Maintain and organize client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence for management.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Follow up on pending policies and ensure timely processing.



Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of life insurance experience required.
  • Prior administrative or client service experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM or insurance software preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a female office environment.

Salary: $35+/hour (based on experience)
