An upscale women’s gown store in Monroe is seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a refined, high quality customer experience. This role requires someone who can manage staff, coordinate orders, and maintain a polished and organized showroom environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and understands fashion and client expectations in a high end setting. This person will be responsible for managing vendor orders, overseeing team members, and ensuring every customer receives attentive, personalized service.

This position is best suited for someone who is confident, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and polished presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations

• Place and manage orders with vendors

• Manage and support showroom staff

• Deliver a high end, personalized customer experience

• Maintain organization and flow within the showroom

• Be available after hours for urgent matters

Qualifications:

• Strong management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Professional, polished, and customer focused

• Ability to handle sensitive and private client information

• Strong multitasking and problem solving skills

• Experience in managing, retail, sales, or women’s fashion is a plus

• Refined understanding of women’s fashion, with a focus on gowns and current trends.

Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000–$90,000/year
