The Sales Director will lead, mentor, and grow a high performing sales team while setting the overall sales strategy for the organization. This role is responsible for establishing clear targets, driving performance, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through strong planning and execution.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands on, capable of analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and translating vision into actionable plans. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to build a results driven sales culture are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team

• Set sales targets and drive performance against goals

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

• Identify growth opportunities and expand market reach

• Collaborate with leadership and other departments

• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership roles

• Strong track record of driving revenue growth

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Data driven with strong analytical abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment

Type: Full time

Salary: $100,000–$150,000/year + Bonus
