A Yeshiva in Rockland County is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Yeshiva Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational administration and be capable of managing the daily operations of the Yeshiva. This role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and fostering a positive learning environment.


  • Oversee the daily operations of the Yeshiva, including staff management and student affairs.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and compliance with policies.
  • Ensure the institution meets all educational standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with faculty, parents, and the community to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Yeshiva.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the Yeshiva.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and students, fostering a culture of excellence and respect.


  • Proven experience in educational administration, preferably within a Yeshiva or similar institution.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
  • Knowledge of educational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Location: Rockland County

Salary: $120K-$150K
