The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational administration and be capable of managing the daily operations of the Yeshiva. This role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Yeshiva, including staff management and student affairs.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and compliance with policies.
- Ensure the institution meets all educational standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and the community to promote a positive learning environment.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Yeshiva.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the Yeshiva.
- Provide leadership and support to staff and students, fostering a culture of excellence and respect.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in educational administration, preferably within a Yeshiva or similar institution.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
- Knowledge of educational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Location: Rockland County
Salary: $120K-$150K
