The Commercial Loan Processor / Placer will be responsible for coordinating and managing commercial loan transactions throughout the financing process. This role requires someone who can work closely with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure loans are processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Strong follow up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with lenders and clients are essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial loan transactions from application through closing

• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and third parties throughout the process

• Gather and review required documentation

• Maintain communication with clients and lending partners

• Track deal progress and ensure timely completion

• Identify and resolve issues that arise during processing

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Build and maintain strong lender relationships

Qualifications:

• Prior experience processing or placing commercial loans required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities

• Detail oriented with strong follow through

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

• Experience in commercial real estate financing preferred

• Strong problem solving and time management skills
