The ideal candidate will have a background in mortgages, excellent managerial skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential mortgage operations, including loan processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Manage a team of mortgage professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize mortgage origination and servicing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:
