We are seeking a detail-oriented, Yiddish-speaking Customer Service Manager with at least 2 years of experience in building maintenance supplies or specific industry experience. This full-time, in-office role involves supervising a small team, handling escalated customer issues, managing quotes and custom orders, and developing strong product knowledge. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with part-time hours on Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the customer service team, ensuring timely, professional responses to all inquiries and orders.
- Handle escalated customer complaints, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure accurate handling of quotes, pricing, and order details for large or specialized clients.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and develop deep product knowledge quickly, becoming familiar with each item and its specifications.
Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in building maintenance supplies or strong experience in any specific product industry like electricity, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, janitorial, maintenance, or any other.
- Fluent in Yiddish.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and a strong memory for product knowledge.
- Prior customer service or support experience is preferred.
- Management experience is a strong advantage; leadership skills are essential.
