We are looking for a Programmer to join our growing real estate services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions that support daily operations, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain internal software and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Collaborate with management to improve system functionality
• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Support ongoing system upgrades and improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Programmer or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience working with databases and internal systems (preferred)
• Real estate or business systems experience a plus

Location: New City

Compensation: $50,000K-$70,000K/year
