A construction company is looking to hire an experienced sales professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the construction industry. This role involves traveling within NY and NJ to meet with potential clients, build relationships, and close deals.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Travel within NY and NJ to meet with potential clients and present sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within NY and NJ as required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.



Location: NY/NJ/Travel



Salary: $90K + Commission
