We are actively looking for a skilled Pending Representative to join our Brooklyn office. The ideal candidate will be bright, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. This is a full-time position, requiring availability from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on ensuring a payer source for all LTC patients.
• Handle Medicaid pending and private pay patients.
• Process referrals for Medicaid, Medicaid HMO and MLTSS, private, and Medicare.
• Verify payer source before patients are admitted.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $25 Per Hour
