A full time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is needed for a real estate company. Must have 2+ years of experience working in a real estate office and strong data management experience. This role requires someone experienced and ready to step in with minimal training.
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage transactions from contract through closing. This role requires prior experience within a real estate company and the ability to confidently handle documentation, timelines, and compliance without the need for training.
The Transaction Coordinator will oversee contract processing, maintain accurate records, manage data entry and reporting, and ensure all deadlines and requirements are met throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage transactions from executed contract through closing
• Prepare and review contracts and related documentation
• Maintain accurate data entry and transaction records
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all requirements
• Coordinate with agents, attorneys, lenders, and clients
• Monitor closing timelines and follow up as needed
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working in a real estate company
• Strong data management and reporting experience required
• Experience handling real estate transactions from start to finish
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with real estate software and office systems
